To provide you with a better shopping experience and ensure the efficient use of service resources, we hereby set out in detail our policies regarding our complimentary measuring, complimentary delivery, and complimentary installation services (hereinafter referred to as the "Three Free Services"). Please read this document carefully and confirm with your signature; by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

I. Prerequisites for the "Three Free Services" (Core Policy)Our store undertakes that customers who place a formal order and pay a deposit with us are eligible for the following "Three Free Services":

• Complimentary Measuring: Professional technicians will visit your premises to take accurate measurements (limited to the same city area).

• Complimentary Delivery: Products will be delivered to your designated installation address upon arrival (limited to the same city area).

• Complimentary Installation: Professional installation teams will visit, install, and commission the products (limited to the same city area).

II. Special Provisions Regarding "Complimentary Measuring" (Key Clause)Given that on‑site measuring requires dispatching professional personnel and vehicles, which incurs actual labor and transportation costs, the following provisions apply specifically to the measuring stage:

• Scenario A (Order successfully placed): You have paid the deposit and confirmed the order for production before or at the time the measuring technician arrives. The measuring fee is fully waived.

• Scenario B (Measuring only, no order placed): The measuring technician has completed the on‑site measurement as scheduled, but you subsequently do not place an order for materials with our store (for any reason, whether price, style, or otherwise).

Charge Standard: For Scenario B above, our store will charge a standard on‑site measuring service fee. This fee shall be settled on the spot after the measurement is completed, or deducted from your deposit (if any) at the time of a subsequent refund.

III. Conditions for "Complimentary Delivery" and "Complimentary Installation"

• Complimentary Delivery: Applies only to bulk deliveries of ordered products. It does not apply to the purchase of samples alone or supplementary small items.

• Complimentary Installation: Applies only to curtains, wall coverings, lighting fixtures, and corresponding renovation materials sold by our store. If you provide your own auxiliary materials (e.g., Roman rods, adhesives, etc.), the installation technicians reserve the right to charge an additional installation fee based on the circumstances, or to decline installation of materials not supplied by our store.

IV. Special Reminders

• Scheduling of Measurement: On‑site measuring requires a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel the measurement for any reason on your part, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, if the technician has already departed, the service will be deemed to have been rendered, and a no‑show fee will be charged in accordance with Scenario B.

• Right of Interpretation: Our company reserves the final right of interpretation of this policy.
